Many of south Auckland\’s poorest suburbs are \”drowning\” in too many liquor outlets, a Papatoetoe Community Board member says. Toa Greening, who is also secretary of the Manurewa Crimewatch Patrol, says the number of liquor outlets is contributing to many of the city\’s alcohol-related problems, especially crimes and violence.
